Run your own Football Development Centre – What is involved?

Would you would like to set up and run your own Football Development Centre, delivering quality football coaching sessions to children of all abilities in a fun and secure environment? Skills’N’Drills could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your own business using your skills and abilities as a coach. You would organise and deliver sessions to develop all aspects of the game through fun drills and games. It’s not just about developing football skills, developing listening and communication skills in the children is also a key factor as well as allowing the children to grow in confidence in a supportive and positive environment. You will need to be dedicated, reliable and encouraging as well as have a genuine desire to see the children progress. You would also develop your own support team of coaches to help you to deliver these quality coaching sessions.

Required Qualifications

The minimum requirement to run your own Football Development Centre is FA Level 2 Football Coaching. You will need to be able plan, organise and deliver sessions to a wide range of children as well as develop your own team of coaches. A  positive attitude and genuine to desire to see the children progress, regardless of ability, is also a must. All coaches must also undergo a full DBS check.

Become a coach – What is involved?

Required Qualifications

The minimum requirement to become a coach at Skills’N’Drills is an FA Level 1 in Football Coaching qualification. We are always keen to develop talent at Skills’N’Drills and we can help you to progress through further badges and develop the key competencies that you will need to do so. Reliability is also crucial requirement along with a positive attitude and genuine to desire to see the children progress, regardless of ability. All coaches must also undergo a full DBS check.
